These Okuma fly reels are much lighter than traditional aluminum or steel fly reels while still maintaining strength. The Magnitude MD series reels feature a stainless-steel and Teflon disc-drag system. The drag is controlled by a one-way roller bearing which allows for drag-free retrieval.
